How to Track Your Order

1. Check your email or SMS — Once your order is shipped, we send you a tracking link directly to your registered email and phone number.
2. Click the tracking link — This will take you to the courier's tracking page with real-time status updates.
3. Use your Order ID — You can also visit the courier partner's website and enter your tracking number manually.

Delivery Timelines

• 📦 Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
• 🏙️ Metro Cities: Usually 2–4 business days
• 🏡 Remote Areas: May take up to 10 business days

Order Not Arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team with your Order ID. We'll investigate and resolve it immediately.
